After a year and a half, Kevin supported getting my case dismissed at the ADLRO and dismissed in court. He is not the cheapest, but the results speak for themselves. My incidents happened in June 2022. I had an interlock system in my car in July 2022 and out of my car by September 2022 and I had my license back. Kevin isn't there to make you feel better as you go through the process, but he is confident, and that helped me a bit with the stress. Kevin's office team, Linda/Rachel, made me feel better. The office team emailed me how excited they were when the ADLRO decision came in the mail. I'm mentioning the ADLRO part more because, off the bat, Kevin was most confident in the court case. He was 50/50 on the ADLRO part, but he knocked that out of the park.

When you research lawyers after your arrest, you really don't know who to depend on. You actually don't even know which lawyer can get the job done vs. those who are just looking for a quick payment. Mr. Kevin O'Grady told me he has won 97% of his cases and HE TOLD ME THE TRUTH. HE IS WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY HE IS ASKING FOR. I have had court-appointed lawyers before, and these lawyers WILL NOT work as hard as Mr. O'Grady. One lawyer actually suggested I accept the guilty plea without even trying; he barely read the police report. The court-appointed lawyers will basically do the bare minimum and accept whatever judgment is handed down. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
